Ingredients

I Box of Mrs. T's Potato & 4 Cheese Blend Mini Pierogies, 1 1/2 C of Ragu Light Spaghetti sauce, 1/4 C. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 lb. italian pork sausage, chopped green bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In a skillet brown Italian sausage w/ diced onion, peppers, and mushrooms.

While sausage is cooking, thaw out the box of pierogies. I sat them out for an hour before preparing, but they can also be defrosted in the microwave. If using the microwave to thaw, make sure that the pierogies are not touching each other as they can stick to each other.

Spray a casserole/oven safe dish with cooking spray. Add the thawed pierogies in the bottom of the dish. Pour the spaghetti sauce over the pierogies. When sausage is cooked, drain the grease, then sprinkle over the pierogies and sauce. Finish with topping with the parmesan cheese. Place in the oven and bake until bubbly, about 12 minutes.

Enjoy. Makes 4 servings.

Looks good, but what are the measurements for the mushroom, pepper, and onions? - 6/25/10

I used 6 mushrooms, one medium sized onion, and half of a green bell pepper. Use can use to your taste. Sorry about it not being listed. I thought it was on here since I had to add amounts in for the nutritional info.
