I wanted to find a way to incorporate more of this amazing Coconut Water into my diet and this did the trick! Don't mistake it for Coconut "MILK" there is a BIG difference :-)
Feel free to switch up the fruit and or yogurt flavor too!

Ingredients

    Coconut WATER 8.5 oz.
    Frozen Mango Chunks 1/2 Cup
    Light Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt 3 oz.

Directions

Combine all three ingredients in blender til smooth.
