Introduction

Ingredients

    Potato, raw, 15 medium, scrubbed and chopped
    Celery, raw, 4 stalks, chopped
    sweet raw onion, 1 large chopped
    Bacon, 9 medium slices, cooked, drained and crumbled
    carnation 2% canned milk, 3 cans
    swanson low sodium 100% fat free chicken broth, 4 cups
    garlic
    spices to flavor

Directions

Put potatoes in a large soup pot, add water to an inch over the potatoes, boil till cooked. Mash with a potato masher until more smaller chunks. Add broth, bacon, celery, garlic and onion. (can add onions to the pan cooked the bacon in for flavor to saute for a minute). Add milk and stir.
