Introduction

Ingredients

2/3 C Original Bisquick
1 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
4 Chicken Leg Quarters (Leg and Thigh together with skin)
Directions
1. Mix Lawry's and Bisquick in gallon zipper baggie.
2. Place Chicken Quarters in baggie and shake to coat.
3. Place chicken skin side up in 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
5. Carefully turn chicken over so as much skin is contacting parchment paper as possible.
6. Bake for final 25 minutes. After 18 minutes begin checking periodically to make sure there is no burning on the edges of the chicken.
