    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3/4 cup corn flakes cereal
    15 grams shredded cheese- part skim

    salt, pepper, season to taste

Directions

Crush cornflakes and mix with cheese. Roll thawed chicken breasts in mixture.
Bake at 350. 20-25 mins
