Introduction

Craisins and rice vinegar make a lowfat coleslaw with a lot of taste! Craisins and rice vinegar make a lowfat coleslaw with a lot of taste!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 cups shredded cabbage (bagged shredded cabbage is fine!)
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    1/3 cup each minced onion and celery
    1/2 cup craisins or raisins
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 cup low fat mayonaise
    2 Tblsp rice vinegar
    2 packets splenda
    1 Tblsp lemon juice
    1/2 teas celery seed

Directions

Combine cabbage and all vegetables.

In a separate mixing bowl, mix mayo, splenda, vinegars, celery seed, salt and pepper.

Toss with cabbage.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
