Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups cooked whole grain brown rice
    2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes without salt
    1 cup cooked lentils
    1 14.5 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper
    1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped

Directions

Makes four servings, about 1 1/2 cup. Place all ingredients in 3 quart saucepan (or crockpot if you want to leave it for a while). Cook until heated through and onions and peppers are done. Serve hot.
