This dish has an appearance that generally turns people off, but it's been a holiday favorite in my family for years. The combination is delicious. This dish has an appearance that generally turns people off, but it's been a holiday favorite in my family for years. The combination is delicious.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 oz. box of Lemon Jell-o
    3 oz. box of Lime Jell-o
    about a cup of crushed canned pineapple in juice (with the juice drained)
    10 oz. can of Evaporated Milk
    1 - 2 cups of non-fat cottage cheese
    can be topped with maraschino cherries, but this is not included in the nutritional break down of this recipe

Directions

Boil water to prepare Jell-o
Add 2 cups of boiled water to a large bowl containing 1 lemon and 1 lime jell-o package, mixing well as directed
Add in all other ingredients, stirring well
Refrigerate as directed on the Jell-o package
When the dish has set up, the maraschino cherries may be placed on top ~ 10 cherries, one for each serving.
