Ingredients

    can chicken 1 large can and one small can
    large can enchalada sause
    can tomatos with green chilis
    frozen corn
    cummin to taste
    chili powder
    cinnamin pinch of
    can diced tomatoes
    onion
    garlic

Directions

heat oven to 350;
large pan:
little oil: add garlic and onion till soft then add chicken,all can items, cummin, chili powder and cinnamin, mix well
till heated through. Frozen corn mix few times.
take 2 8x8 pans,
you layer the pan
sauce
tortilla
cheese
3 layers or 4 however thick you want it
last layer you want cheese to be on top
bake till cheese is nice and brown, or however you like it
