Introduction

This is a great marinade for grilling chicken wings, tuna or salmon. Also makes a great dippin sause for pot stickers.
**Use reduced sodium soy sauce for lower sodium.

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    11/3 c Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    3/4c Granulated Sugar
    6 Garlic, cloves
    4 Green Onion (Spring onions)
    Tsp grated Ginger Root
    2 Tbs Sesame Oil
    2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    Juice and zest of 1/2 small Orange


Directions

Combine all ingredients and heat on the stove or in the microwave to melt the sugar. Marinade chicken for a minimum of 30 minutes (overnight ok). Maranade fish for 30 min to1 hour. Makes about 2 cups of marinade: 16 servings (2 Tbsp per serving.)

Drain marinade from meat before grilling.
