Ingredients

1 c. Butter flavor Crisco shortening
1 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar Splenda blenda (or 1 c. brown Sugar)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 c. White Lily Plain All-Purpose flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Quaker Quick Oats
12 oz. Nestles Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 c. Chopped Pecans
1 Tbsp. water
Directions
yields 90 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream crisco, 1 Tbsp. water, brown and white sugars and eggs. In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt and baking soda together. Add flour mixture to crisco mixture and mix until totally incorporated. In separate bowl, mix oats, chocolate chips and pecans together. Add this mixture to the crisco mixture and stir until incorporated. Spray cookie sheet with pam before you bake the first batch (not each time). Use a teaspoon to drop each cookie on the baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Don't overcook.
