Ingredients

    1 package Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat rotini, cooked according to package (omitting salt and fat), and rinsed under cold water
    1 c. carrots, peeled and chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. red pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
    1 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
    2 tbsp. McCormick Salad Supreme seasoning
    100 grams Hormel turkey pepperoni

Directions

Cook pasta according to package; drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Combine vegetables, pepperoni, salad dressing, and seasoning in a very large bowl. Add pasta. Toss all to combine. Let sit at least one hour before serving.
