Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Tandoori Naan Bread Flats (Can be purchased in bakery dept. of most grocery stores, I buy mine at Stop & Shop)
    1/2 cup of Classico Tomato Basil Sauce
    1 Cup of Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1/4 Cup of chopped Onion
    1/4 Cup of chopped Green and Red Pepper
    3 Medium slices of Bacon (Optional)
    1/4 Cup of minced Pineapple
    Garlic Power
    Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

Sautee onions and peppers over medium heat with garlic powder for 3-5 minutes until they start to become soft. Cook bacon until they start to brown, but still remain soft. Let them cool over paper towel to absorb grease.

Proheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place 2 Tandroori Naan Bread Flats on cookie sheet and spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce on each flat bread. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on each flatbread and then add 1/4 cup of onion and 1/4 cup of peppers to each. Pull bacon into small pieces and place 1/2 on each flat bread. Spread half of the pineapple over each pizza.

Bake in over at 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is slightly crisp.

Each Flatbread can be cut into 4 pieces, with 2 pieces for each serving. Recipe serves 4.
