Introduction
Boil all the vegetables including potatoes and mash together. Add onions, red chilli powder and salt. Add coriander. Mix bread crumbs into the potatoes and vegetables.Make patties out of the mixture and roll in bread crumbs to coat.
Ina shallow pan spray oilve oil or canola oil and fry the patties until golden brown.
