Ingredients

    2 - 8 oz. turkey breast
    1/4 cup lite teriyaki sauce
    2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon lite cooking oil
    1 teaspoon grated ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Cut turkey in half horizontally to make four equal pieces. Place turkey in large ziploc bag set in shallow dish. Make marinade: combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl. pour marinade over turkey in bag and seal. Place in refigerator and marinate for one hour, turning once for even coating. Drain turkey, reserve marinade for cooking.

Preheat gas grill, reduce heat to medium. Place turkey on grill rack over heat and cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until turpey is no longer pink (170F) turning once nd brushing with marinade halfway through cooking.

Makes 4 servings.

    Keep in mind that this is only a marinade and the sodium content you are consuming will be much less.

    Incredible!
    I use from Better Homes and Garden's. I get turkey steaks, ~ 5 steaks/pk. from Louis Rich. Cut into 1 inch cubes & altn w/pineapple on skewers. I use lite soy sauce and splenda brn sgr. Grill them. Excess sauce cook & pore on meat. Extra's are great left overs. - 7/16/09
