Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 lb Turkey Breast Cutlets
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 Medium onion, finely chopped
    2 Garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup Chicken broth
    1/4 cup White Wine (dry to semi-dry)
    1 tsp Dried Dill or 1 Tbsp fresh dill
    2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
    1 Tbsp Grainy Spicy mustard
    salt and pepper

Directions

Season the cutlets with salt and pepper. Place the flour in a shallow dish. Heat the oil in a large pan. When the oil is hot, dredge the cutlets in the flour. Pat off any excess. Place in the oil. Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Take out of the pan and place on a dish. Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until onions start to get tender 1-2 minutes. Add the broth and wine. Scrape up any bits that might be on the bottom of the pan. Let the mixture simmer on low for about 10 minutes. Stir in the dill, butter and mustard. Place the cutlets back in the sauce to warm through.
