Ingredients

    1/2 cup onion
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 cup green peppers, chopped small
    1 zucchini, chopped small
    1 yellow squash, chopped small
    2 can diced tomatoes
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp cajun seasoning
    8 oz shrimp, frozen

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in oil until browned. Add veggies and tomatoes. Add broth and simmer about 30 minutes. Remove 4 cups and purree with blender. Return to pan. Add shrimp and heat through.
