Ingredients

    2 Roma Tomatoes,diced
    1 Avocado, diced
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley,chopped
    1 Tbsp Fresh Oregano, chopped
    3 oz. Feta Cheese,crumbled
    1/4 cup of red onion, chopped finely
    2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

Mix gently all ingredients. Makes approx. 15 ounces.
