    Rinse one 3 oz can of tuna (to eliminate some of the extra sodium)

    Break into small pieces
    Mix with egg white until incorporated
    Mix in 1/4 c oatmeal

    Place in skillet on medium high heat (spray with pam first)
    Flip when firmed and golden on one side


makes one delicious and wonderful patty

I typically add seasonings to my mix before cooking. The options are limitless. Can be Mexican with chili powder and cumin, standard with dill,onion and garlic. Use your imagination!!
