Ingredients

1 lb. salmon filets
1 tablespoon plus 3/4 tsp. fresh dill or 1 tsp. plus 1/4 tsp. dried dill
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
Directions
4 4-oz. servings
Preheat oven to 375. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil, place salmon on top. Sprinkle 1 tbsp dill over salmon and season with salt & pepper. Partially pull the foil over the salmon so that about half the fish is loosely covered.
Bake the salmon for about 30 minutes, until it breaks into flakes when pierced in the thickest part with a fork.
Make the sauce: place the yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, dill and salt (optional) and stir to mix. Add pepper to taste. Serve the sauce on the side.
