Introduction

Ingredients

    10 oz dry whole wheat pasta (I used Whole Wheat Blend Plus Flax Fettuccine made by al dente.
    100 grs cooked turkey breast (I used left over grilled turkey breasts)
    30 oz can of pinto beans or 3 cups of your own home made
    1 cup Marinara sauce
    4 large cooked stalks of broccoli

Directions

Cook the pasta al dente.
Chop the broccoli into bite sz pieces
drain the beans
Chop the turkey breast into bite size pieces

Once the pasta is cooked, drain. Throw pasta back into the pot and add the marinara sauce and coat evenly. Add the rest of the ingredients and it should be at a good temp from the heat of the pasta. If not, heat it a little more. Makes 8 cups. (8 servings)
