Introduction

FOR TWO FOR TWO
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    pasta, lasagna noodles 3 slices
    4 medium mushrooms
    3 medium tomatoes
    2 garlic cloves
    1 onion
    parsley and herbs
    cream substitute (soy cream)
    sun dried tomatoes 6 pieces
    tuna canned in water (40 grams)
    green olives


Directions

Cut in slices the tomatoes, mushrooms.
dice the dried tomatoes.
Crush the garlic,chop the onion and parsley.

in a rectangular cake baking pan
lay tomatoes and mushrooms, then some dried tomatoes, green olives,parsley and herbs and garlic and a bit onion, some soy cream and salt and pepper..
Then a lasagna noodle
Do this till there is nothing left. I add the tuna at the end.
The baking pan i used is small cause it's meant for cakes, ,that's why this recipe requiers so little ingredients.

Cook for about 30 minutes 400°F or 200°c
