    Ingredients:
    Sour Cream, .75 cup (remove)
    *Mayonaisse - Hellman's, 12 tbsp (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Basil, 5 leaves (remove)
    Parsley, 6 sprigs (remove)
    Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)
    Saffron, 1 tsp (remove)
    Orange Peel, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tsp (remove)


Directions

Optional - add a few fennel fronds if desired.

Don't forget to add 3 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar.

Yields about 2 1/4 cups total = 18 - 2 Tbsp. servings
