Introduction
This is a little bland by itself, but served with extra salsa, guacamole, and corn tortilla chips, it's good. If you aren't doing dairy free, you can add cheese on top and cook for an additional 5 minutes or so. Ingredients

*Refried Beans, 1 can
*Turkey, ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free, 16 oz (remove)
*Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 16 oz
*Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Mix, 1 cup
1/3 c Water
Directions
Mix baking mix, refried beans, and water and spread on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (spray with Pam first).
Brown ground turkey, drain, mix with salsa, spread on top of refried bean mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Serve with salsa, guacamole, and tortilla chips.
For non-dairy-free, top with cheese and cook for another 5-10 minutes. You can also top with sour cream when serving.
