Introduction

Traditionally a very simple, yet flavorful Italian pizza constructed of dough, tomatoes, garlic, basil, mozzarella, olive oil, & sea salt.
In this recipe, I've taken the liberty of adding crumbled feta cheese, simply because I ♥ feta on pizza :)

Ingredients

    I pkg. (6 serving) Pizza Dough *used Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust
    3 Roma Tomatoes, sliced 1/8 in. thick
    4 Cloves Garlic, minced
    5 lg. Basil Leaves, torn
    3/4 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese *used Trader Joe's Brand
    2 oz. Crumbled Feta *used Trader Joe's Brand
    1 tbsp. Olive Oil
    Salt, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lay out pizza dough on a pizza stone or cookie sheet. Scatter tomato slices all over dough, followed by the minced garlic and torn basil leaves. Sprinkle with both cheeses and brush olive oil onto exposed edges of crust. Salt to taste and bake in the oven 9-13 minutes.
