Ingredients

    2 slices of whole wheat bread, toasted
    4 slices of bacon, fried
    4 slices of tomato
    1 leaf of lettuce
    1 tbsp of mayo
    1 tsp of mustard

Directions

1. Spread the mayo on one slice of toast, and the mustard on the other.

2. Arrange lettuce, tomato and bacon on one toast and top with the other.

Hint: I usually place the tomato on top of the lettuce with the bacon on top of the tomato in order to try and avoid a soggy toast.
