Introduction

I'm not much of a chef, so I've just been mixing and matching ingredients that seem like they might go well together! Peanut butter, honey, and oats are always a good mix, so why not? :-) In case you want to know, the entire batch is approximately 2320 calories, so you can make your own servings and divide accordingly! Ingredients

    I C peanut butter (I like crunchy, but it's up to you!)
    1/2 C granulated sugar
    1/4 C honey
    1/4 C oats (for protein and texture, optional, of course)
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Simply mix and stir all of the ingredients until well blended; put in oven at 325 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until you can see that they are cooked (this will depend on how big you chose to make the servings, etc)! For me, this made about 15 2-tbsp-sized cookies (I can't do 1 tiny tablespoon, sorry)!
