Ingredients

    1 c. Ricotta cheese - part skim
    2 T. Honey
    1 tsp. maple extract

    1/2 oz Pecans - Chopped

Directions

Mix 1st three ingredients in VitaMix.
(may use food processor)

Spoon into 1/2 c. servings.
Top with chopped pecans.

Yummy just like this - or freeze for 'icecream'
