Introduction

Simple to make, even easier to eat! Simple to make, even easier to eat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - Fruit of 2 avocados
    - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    - Juice of half a lime (or about 2tsp "Reallime")
    - 2 tbsp Miracle Whip Light Dressing

Directions

*If you have a food processor, use it instead of mashing by hand - much easier and you get a more even consistency.

1) Cut avocado lengthwise, pull halves apart.
2) Stick knife into pit to pull out.
3) Using spoon, scoop fruit out of skin.
4) Mash avocado fruit with fork.
5) Add garlic, lime juice and Miracle Whip.
5) Mash all together and serve with nacho chips, crackers or pita chips.
6) ENJOY!

Serves 6-8 as an appetizer (depending on size of avocados and how hungry everyone is!).
