Ingredients

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 egg
    1 small tomato
    1 fat-free cheese slice
    1 fresh basil leaf, chopped

Directions

Prepare tortilla by layering cheese slice, tomato, and basil. Crack egg into microwavable dish and scramble lightly with fork. Microwave one minute, checking to ensure that you are not over-doing it! Add egg to tortilla. Wrap and enjoy!
