Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 Lb Ground Turkey
    1 box Old El Paso Soft Taco Dinner
    1/2 cup water
    1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 can Campbell's Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
    1 cup mild picante sauce
    1 (4 ox) package shredded low fat cheese

Directions

Brown turkey. Add seasoning packet and water and cook 2 minutes. Stir in beans, soup, and cook 2-3 minutes. Remove meat mixture from skillet. Spread one cup of mixture in bottom of pan. Layer with 1/2 of tortillas. Spread 1/2 cup of picante sauce. Layer 1 1/2 cups meat mixture and repeat. Top with shreaded cheese and cook for 15 minutes or util bubbly. Can put in casserole dish and bake.
