Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1/4 cup shredded cheese
    1/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 cup salsa
    1 large egg
    1 tbsp garlic
    Ketchup for taste

Directions

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. combine all ingredients in a bowl until blended well.
3. Roll into 8 small balls and place into Pam-sprayed muffin tin.
4. Drizzle a small amount of ketchup over each.
5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Very Good
    I'm 15, and I made this for my family. Oh it was delicious!
    I was a bit upset though, when they shrank. I made balls and put them in the tin, but they deflated so it was rather hard to get them out of the tin. We tasted the salsa very good, and it was very yummy. I will make this again!
