    1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
    8 oz package fat free cream cheese
    4 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend (add more or less according to personal taste)
    1/4 cup fat free soy milk (vanilla flavored)
    1 tsp real vanilla extract


Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients until light and creamy.
You can add more soy milk to make creamier if desired.
One serving is about 2 tablespoons.
Serve with sliced apples or bananas.

    Could you do this without any sweetener? I can't stand fake sugars, but I feel like adding regular sugar would really reduce the 'skinny' factor to this recipe. - 7/24/14

    This is another recipe calling for some kind of soy product. I am not allowed soy what else can be used instead? It looks like a good recipe for work or at school. - 8/16/13
