    * Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    * Blueberries, fresh, 2 cup
    * *Dole Pineapple Slices in 100% pineapple juice (2 slices), 2.5 serving
    * Great Value Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 serving

Directions

I just put it all into a blender and Voila! Tasty!
