Ingredients

    2 cups peeled, chopped cucumbers
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    20 Black Olives, quartered
    60 g feta cheesse
    2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
    2 cups chopped green pepper
    2 cups chopped red pepper
    2 cups chopped orange pepper

Directions

Cut all ingredients and combine into a bowl. Once in a bowl either put a lid on it and shake it or stir with a spoon. Makes 10 - 1/2 cup servings. I put on my own salad dressing or eat without the dressing.
