Ingredients

    Six small peaches
    2 tbsp honey
    2 tsp almond extract
    1/2 cup slow cooking oats
    1 cup whole grain flour
    1 tbsp honey
    1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Makes 8 servings.
Peel, cut peaches into 1 inch slices or smaller. Add almond extract and 1 tbs of honey. Cook over medium heat until peaches are soft.
Mix flour, oats, 1 tbs honey, oil. Cut butter into small chunks and add to mixture.
Spread peach mixture in 9x9 pan. Add oat mixture to cover peaches and cook for 25 minutes at 350*
