Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 93/7 lean, Kroger, 19.2 oz
    Onions, Sweet Vidalia, 1 Raw medium
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .1/3 cup, chopped
    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats, 2/3 cup
    Garden Fresh Gourmet Jack's Special med/hot salsa, 1 cup
    Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1/4 cup

Directions

Use a food processor to process onion and red bell pepper to a medium-fine chop; remove to large mixing bowl. Add egg whites and old-fashioned rolled oats; pulse for 2 or 3 times. Add salsa and pulse 1 or 2 more times; add to onion mixture. Mix in turkey; form into loaf or place in loaf pan. Spread ketchup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 5 generous servings.
