Ingredients

    !/2 medium head of cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium apples, peeled and quartered
    1/4 cup raisins
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    1/8 cup apple juice unsweetened
    1/2 TBS caraway seeds
    1 pinch allspice
    salt if desired, not included in nutritional breakdown

Directions

1. combine all the ingredients in slow cooker.
Cook on High, 3-5 hours depending on how crunchy you want the cabbage.
