Ingredients

    2 8oz packages neufchatel cheese
    3 T Hershey's Cocoa Powder
    1 envelope Knox gelatin
    1 c boiling hot water
    stevia or xylitol, or whatever you prefer
    1 Graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Place sweetener and knox powder in mixing cup. Add boiling hot water. Mix for 5 minutes

Blend softened neufchatel cheese. Slowly add cocoa and gelatin mix.

Pour mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours and serve.
