Ingredients

-2 big or 4 small cans diced tomatoes
    -2 jalapenos sliced
    -1 tbsp minced garlic
    1-tbsp dried oregano
    1.5-tbsp dried cilantro
    1-tsp salt

Directions

Put 1 big can or two small cans in blender. Add sliced jalapeno, minced garlic, oregano, cilantro, and salt. Pour other cans of tomatos on top, put lid on blender, and blend until well mixed. Pour into clean, dry containers and refrigerate for at least 6 hours to let flavors marinade. The longer it sits the better it tastes. You can add or subtract cilantro and jalapeno depending on your heat preference, this mixture is pretty spicy by 24 hours.

You MUST use canned tomatoes, fresh and home jarred tomatoes just don't work for some reason, sorry about that.

Serving size is 1/4 cup. Makes 24 servings.
