    chicken fillets- 2
    ground ginge r- 1/4 t
    sesame oil lite - 1 Tbs
    light soy sauce -2 Tbs
    rice vinegar - 2 Tbs
    chow mein noodles - 1/2 cup
    slaw mix - 8 oz.
    2 green onions


Grill or bake chicken fillets. Cut into bite size pieces then combine with slaw mix and chopped green onions. Blend oil, vinegar, and soy sauce with ginger. Drizzle over salad mix and add chow mein noodles. Toss and serve.
