Ingredients

Merico refrigerated pie crust for double crust pie
4 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
1 1/4 cup sugar, more if raspberries are very tart
4 Tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 Tablespoon milk or cream for brushing the top
6 tsp coarse sugar for dusting top
Directions
Toss together raspberries, sugar, tapioca, vanilla and lemon juice. Spoon into prepared pie shell. Top with crust. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 45-60 minutes.
