    1 cup soy sour cream
    0.5 cup Light Miracle Whip
    1 tbsp Bon Appetite
    1 tbsp minced onion
    1 tbsp dill weed
    1 tbsp parsley (opt.)
    shake of lemon pepper
    squeeze of fresh lemon juice


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with fresh vegetables. The serving size is 1 tbsp. 1tbsp = 1 Weight Watchers Point
