Ingredients

    Cottage Cheese (paneer) - 2 cups cut into cubes
    Peas - 1/2 cup
    Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
    Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
    Garam Masala - 2 Tsp
    Onions - 1 small (if you do not want to add cashew then add 2 onions)
    Cashew nuts - (NOT ROASTED - didn't find that in the ingredient list) - Soaked in water for 20 mins
    Tomoato - 1 medium
    Garlic - 1 clove
    Ginger - 1 inch piece
    Oil - 3 tbsp

Directions

Boil the peas with little salt and keep aside. Grind the onion, soaked cashews, tomato, garlic and ginger to make a paste. Put oil in a kadai and fry the paneer lightly in the oil and keep aside. In the same oil first add the cumin seeds and then add the onion tomato paste. Cook the paste for 5 mins. Add chilli powder, garam masala and salt and cook until oil separates. Add the peas and panner and cook for another 10 mins.
