Ingredients

    *Côte de porc, 495 gram
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp
    Bio Basmati Rice, 185 gram(s)

Directions

Stir fry separately each ingredient.
Add some nice spices - I added in this one some garlic, Mexica mix and some sweet chili sauce. And a 3tbsp of red wine. :)
