Introduction

I make this and portion out for me and my husband's lunches all week. He likes a side of green beans and I put mine on top of a spinach salad. You can also put this in an Ezekial wrap if you want a "sloppy joe" experience! I make this and portion out for me and my husband's lunches all week. Ingredients

    2lbs of ground bison (shoulder)
    Diced Green Onion
    2 tbsp of chopped garlic
    1 can of Hunts Chili Tomato Sauce
    1 can of Black Beans
    1 small can of yellow corn
    4.5 cups of cooked brown rice
    .5 cup of diced red peppers
    onion powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    cumin taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

Spray large skillet with olive oil spray. Sautee the green onions, garlic, red pepper. Add the beef and let cook until done. Add beans, tomato sauce, corn, and spices and let cook for 15 min.

While cooking, prepare the brown rice. When brown rice is done, mix in skillet and then portion into 10 servings.
