Ingredients

    1 Jello Gelatin, Fat Free, Sugar Free, Any Flavor
    1 Can Fruit Cocktail, Del Monte No Sugar Added
    1 Banana, medium chopped into bite size pieces
    8 Tbls. Cool Whip Free

Directions

Drain Fruit Cocktail.
In a 1 quart dish, prepare Jello according to package directions for speed set using reserved liquid from Fruit Cocktail.
Add Fruit Cocktail to Jello.
Let set in refrigerator for about 2 hours or until well set.
Makes 4 servings.
Top each serving with 2 Tbls. Cool Whip Free
