Ingredients

    Season Rub.
    2 Sheets (18x24 inches each) reynolds Wrap heavy duty Aluminum Foil
    3 poounds (48 oz) Baby back pork ribs
    1/2 cup (.50 cup) Water divided
    1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tsp celery salt
    .50 tsp paprika
    .25 tsp ground red pepper

    Glaze
    2/3 cup (.60cup) peach perserves [no sugar added]
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp soy sauce


Directions

Preheat Grill to medium. Cut each rack of ribs into thrids. Center half of ribs in single layer on each sheet of reynolds wrap heavy duty aluminum foil.

Combine all season rub ingredients. Sprinkle and rub seasoning over ribs, turning to coat evenly.

Bring up Foil Sides. Double fold top and one end. Through open end, pour in 1/4 cup water.Double fold remaining end to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. repeatto make two packets.

Grill 45 minutes to 1 hour in covered grill. Remove ribs from foil; place on grill.

Comine peach perserves, lemon juice and soy sauce. Brush ribs generously with glaze. Continue grilling 10-15 minutes in uncovered grill, brushing with glaze and turning every 5 minutes. Discard Glaze.

Tip: 3-4 Ice cubes may be subsituted for the water in each packet of ribs, if desired.
