    1 - 12oz box pasta (cooked as instructed)
    1/2 c butter
    1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 1/2c milk
    1/2 c lite cream cheese
    10 oz sharp cheese cubed
    Spice as desired (onion, garlic powders, slat, pepper)


Cook Pasta per instruction on box.
In medium sauce-pan over medium heat melt butter, mix in flour, slowly add milk stirring constantly. Add cream cheese stir until thickens, add cheese.
Once melted pour over drained pasta, mix well. (optional: Sprinkle cheese over top)
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Coll for 10 minutes before serving.
Eat and enjoy!
