Introduction

Lots of veggies and lots of flavor! Lots of veggies and lots of flavor!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 TBSP ground ginger
    3 cloves garlic
    1 medium vidalia onion
    3 large celery stalks
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium
    *Rutabaga, 1 cup
    *Turnip, raw, 1 medium
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Ingredients - Diced Green Chili (2tbsp), 3 serving
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup
    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth 8 cups
    *Bell Pepper, Red - 1 cup chopped
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces

Directions

Lightly saute ginger and garlic with chopped onion in large stock pot. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage and simmer. When veggies are tender, add cabbage and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. Serves 12.
